CUTTING VOLTAGE NOT DETECTED BY LS-THC
Plasma Cutting voltage was not detected by LS-THC. The program has been paused and the machine location has been saved.
Below are the possible causes of Voltage not being detected:
- Incorrect wiring from Plasma Cutter to THC port. To ensure your plasma cutter is wired correctly,
please follow the LS-THC Troubleshooting Guide.
- Pilot Arc did not turn on at start of cut. We recommend selecting RETRY CUT below to cut this loop again.
- Pilot Arc initiated but did not transfer to plate. Make sure your work clamp is connected.
- Pierce delay is too long or too short.
- Pierce height or Cut height is too high.
- Tool path intersects or is too close to a previously cut toolpath causing the arc to extinguish.
